COMPUTER GENERATED ART WORK
If you want to e-mail us a photo, save file as .bmp or .jpg (PC FORMAT ONLY) for all files sent to us.
If you want to send us artwork from your computer, export file as .eps or .pdf - compatibility Adobe Illustrator 6.0
If you are using Gerber's Graphix Advantage or Omega, send file as .plt version 6.0 or greater.
Please send in Camera Ready Art work, if any of the above are not possible.

MAIL ORDERS
Fill out order blank completely. Add total order and mail with payment. You may call us Toll Free for exact freight amount. You may send a check, money order or use your charge card. Shipping and handling charges will automatically be added to charge card orders.

SHIPPING
Stocked items are normally shipped within 48 hours.  Custom printed items within 10 working days.  There is a $25.00 charge for rush shipments.  Fast delivery via United Parcel Service, F.O.B. Montgomery.

NEW ORDERS
If you would like to duplicate a sign you have, send us a sign and we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost.  Or you may send us a pencil sketch for a proposed new sign or let our graphics department draw up a design for your sign.  We will fax or email you a layout for your approval.

We do not have camera facilities, all of our layout work is done on computer.  If you have camera-ready art work (sized no larger than 8½" x 11") you can send it to us.  We will scan it into the computer and replace the letters with type from our computer library.  We do not have every letter style available; therefore, it may be necessary to replace some of the type with something close to what you have.  You can send your layout to us on a PC formatted disk saved as .eps, .jpg or pdf file-compatibility Adobe Illustrator 6.0.  Call us for help in saving your files to a format that we can read. 

PRODUCTION TIME
Normally 5-14 working days. See individual items for exact time. If a proof is needed, production time begins after proof has been approved. Fast delivery via United Parcel Service, F.O.B. Montgomery. Large orders shipped by truck line.

COLOR MIXING
There is a minimum paint mixing charge of $100.00 for special colors. There may be a delay in production because the color must be sent to paint factory for mixing. We cannot guarantee a perfect color match; however, we can usually provide a satisfactory color match of PMS colors.

POLITICAL NOTICE 
State laws vary with regard to notices which must be printed and identification of those responsible for purchasing political advertising. Be sure to submit the correct copy to meet these identification requirements.

UNION LABEL
The Painters and Allied Trades Union Label & Bush Signs 1-800-628-2874 will be printed in small print on all orders produced in house unless otherwise specified. We are distributors on some items in this catalog and the Union Label is not available. See individual items.

EXCESSIVE OR DIFFICULT COPY
Letter styles not in our computer, difficult logos, or excessive copy will require a special price quote. There is a minimum charge of $50.00 (one time charge).

HALFTONES
Send glossy black and white photo - 8" x 10" or 5" x 7". There is a $35.00 charge to scan photo to go on signs. Photo will be printed in black unless otherwise specified.  If photo is emailed to us, there is no extra charge to put photo on signs.

UNDERRUNS
Due to the difficulty of manufacturing to exact quantity requirements without sacrificing quality, a shipment of 10% under the quantity ordered will constitute a complete order. A refund check will be sent to you for shortage.

CANCELLATIONS
There will be no cancellation charge if the order is cancelled before the job is started. Otherwise there will be a charge depending on stage of production. An order cannot be cancelled if it has been produced.
